EP Rinkside Prospect Pool Rankings: No. 23 Ranked St. Louis Blues

The reigning Stanley Cup Champions’ prospect pool checks in at No. 23 on our countdown. The top of the cupboard has some tasty treats but the depth is a tad limited. This is what happens to teams when they consistently draft outside of the lottery year-after-year and the Blues are no exception.

St. Louis hasn’t selected inside the top-20 since they nabbed Jaden Schwartz and Vladimir Tarasenko at 14th and 16th respectively back in 2010. Despite this, the core of their pipeline has interesting pieces from each position, a balance you like to see from an organization.
